Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for an organized and driven individual who wants to join an industry leader in Web Hosting and Website Design. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will use your strong communication skills to assist our customers with billing, account management, and general customer service matters.


What You’ll Do:                

  • Assess customer needs, educate the customer about their account, and document interactions through contact tracking.
  • Professionally and promptly address incoming requests from new and existing customers as it relates to billing, account management, and general customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide quality service and support to ensure successful customer onboarding and retention.
  • Use technical skills to provide troubleshooting for websites, email and domain names.
  • Assist customers over the phone, via live chat, and through email in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Use problem solving skills to resolve issues in the best interest of both the customer and the company.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the Customer’s experience.

  • Ability to resolve issues from disgruntled or upset customers and leave them with a positive experience.

  • General technical aptitude and the interest in learning new technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.


Top Candidates Will Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in a Call Center environment, customer service/retention or help desk capacity.
  • High sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with Linux, cPanel, and creating or hosting websites.
  • A strong work ethic and team player mentality.
  • Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
  • Experience with inbound phone calls from customers, responding to emails and using instant messaging in a professional setting.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM.
