Marketing Manager Demand Generation

InMotion Hosting is an industry leader specializing in web applications, web hosting, and design. We are currently looking for a Marketing leader to join our team in one of our three offices here in the US.

As the Marketing Manager, Demand Generation you will be responsible for both generating the leads and for effectively handling leads throughout the sales and marketing processes.  

You will join a highly collaborative and exciting team in an amazing work environment and work in close alignment with the primary stakeholders of the company.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage our Content Marketing programs including categories of content to target, cycles of production of content, and conversion rates of content to various goals including sales
  • Manage top to bottom automated marketing to leads and existing customers
  • Maintain Marketing’s SLA with Sales and hold Sales to their SLA with Marketing
  • Create and manage secondary lead generation programs that include PPC, conferences, video, email marketing, sponsorships, etc.
  • Deliver appropriately qualified leads to our sales team
  • Deliver direct sales via our online order process against monthly goals.
  • Deliver “Average Revenue Per Customer” increases from existing customers
  • Leverage automation tools to bring scale to demand generation programs.
  • Constantly improve our processes to increase conversions, reduce cost ratios, and better serve the customer
  • Constantly improve the Standard Operating Procedures for staff to more efficiently perform their parts of the demand generation funnel
  • Understand our various customers and products to identify marketing and sales funnels.
  • Create effective templates to be used for campaign materials for email, landing pages, and one sheets.
  • Champion changes in our products based on reliable and repeatable findings

 Ideal Candidates Have:

  • Passion for growth and a self-driven nature.
  • 8+ years of full-time professional experience in Demand and Lead Generation or related Marketing or Sales position.
  • Familiarity with funnel management.
  • Demonstrated experience with pipeline reporting and activity reports/dashboard creation.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, SEM and email marketing.
  • Experience using CRMs for automated sales processes.
  • BA or equivalent in Marketing, Engineering, Development or other related degree.
