Payroll and Benefit Administrator

InMotion Hosting is a growing technical company in Virginia Beach with offices in Los Angeles and Denver, and we’re searching for a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team.

*Served as benefit administration lead, including liaison with brokers

What We Need (Experience):

  • Accurate preparation and processing of bi-weekly payroll for 300+ employees along with corresponding internal and external reporting.
  • Experience with expense management; includes reporting, tracking and oversight of policy and procedure adherence
  • Knowledge of benefit administration; including experience with open enrollment, liaison with benefit brokers and serve as point of contact for team member inquiries
  • 2-3 years of payroll & benefits experience in multi-state environment
  • Office management experience preferred; including vendor and facility management
  • A passion for payroll and HR related disciplines
  • Must have experience working with an HRIS system and high proficiency with Excel
