Senior Manager Affiliate and Demand Generation

InMotion Hosting is an industry leader specializing in web hosting and design. We are currently looking for an Affiliate and Demand Generation leader to join our team in our California office in the Westside of LA.

As the Senior Manager Affiliate and Demand Generation, you will be responsible for aggressively expanding and growing our brand across multiple platforms and using activity based metrics to track success. You will be responsible for collaborating with product owners and sales teams so that you can positively impact company revenue and build the mindshare of InMotion.

You will join a highly collaborative and exciting team in an amazing work environment and work in close alignment with the primary stakeholders in the company.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the leader of the business development program, philosophy and approaches to establish partnerships, clients and revenue generation.
  • Lead strategy and high-level execution of our in-house affiliate marketing and business development team.
  • Be responsible for new customer acquisition across all product types, reporting directly to the senior executives of the team.
  • Provide guidance, constructive input and motivation to the team.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Assess potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials.
  • Coordinate with product line owners to assess features, pricing and retention elements.
  • Identify and build out new revenue channels.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with partner channels (i.e. lead generation, traffic, conversion, retention, etc).
  • Leverage automation tools to bring scale to demand generation programs.
  • Understand InMotion Hosting customers and products to identify purchase funnels.

Ideal Candidates Have:

  • 3-5 years of full-time professional experience in a Business Development, Affiliate, or Sales related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Business Development within an online and B2C environment.
  • Experience with Online Affiliate Marketing.
  • Knowledge and experience in Web Hosting industry.  
  • Consultative/Solutions selling experience vs. a single Product selling background.
  • Proven track record in meeting/exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Demonstrable experience at new market and revenue development.
  • Experience building and managing professional relationships.
  • Preferred: BA or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising or Business related coursework.
